1. Free Promotional Delivery: As part of our ongoing promotion, all deliveries within India are currently free of charge. We print and pack the orders within 3 to 4 business days at regular times. Additionally, our shipping partners take 2 to 5 days to deliver the orders based on the location of the customer. Therefore, the total turnaround time for the orders would range from 5 to 9 days.

2. Delivery Timelines: Once the order is shipped, the delivery SLA for different shipping zones would be as follows.

3. Delivery Attempts: All orders will be attempted for delivery three times by default. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, the order cannot be escalated for a re-attempt if cancellation is requested by the customer. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be initiated for Return to Origin (RTO).

4. Natural Calamities: Orders not attempted for delivery due to natural calamities are ineligible for freight refunds.

5. Damaged Packaging: If an order is attempted to be delivered with damaged packaging, the customer is required to reject the delivery.

6. Dispute Resolution: Disputes related to damages during transit must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing videos for verification purposes. Disputes regarding fake delivery must be raised within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.
